Does Reconnect Therapy Services accept insurances?

YES! Reconnect Therapy Services, Inc. currently accepts the scholarships and insurance plans listed above for evaluation and therapy services. Our list will be updated as we accept more insurance plans in the future.

What do I have to do to receive reimbursement for services by an out-of-network insurance?

We are considered an out-of-network provider for all other commercial insurance plans not listed above. A super-bill can be provided, if requested, that you can submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursements. While we do not require a physician referral to begin services for commercial plans not listed above, your insurance may require one if you plan to submit for reimbursement. It is recommended to contact your insurance provider if you plan to submit for reimbursement for one of the insurance plans not listed above as it will be your responsibility to know and understand your benefits and out-of-network reimbursement policy. Providing a super-bill to your insurance company does not guarantee that you will be reimbursed. We can provide you with a guide containing questions to ask your insurance provider to help you navigate this. 

What is your cancellation policy?

Reconnect Therapy Services, Inc. must be notified of a cancellation via phone call, text, or e-mail 24 hours before the time of service. A 20% fee of services may be charged if a client does not cancel prior to 24 hours or "no shows" a scheduled appointment. 

When do services have to be paid?

Private pay and out-of-networks insurance plan patients: Payment for services must always be made at the time of service or prior. We currently accept credit, debit, HSA/FSA cards and checks. The checks must be written to Reconnect Therapy Services, Inc. and must be received by time of service to receive services.
